Special Programs

Residual Income
Monthly dues may be offset by residual income from active Client debit fees. Having 5 or 6 Clients would allow you to totally offset your total monthly dues.
Your BWMA monthly dues are only $10 per month, which may seem very low to you. However, this is an example of many Members all paying a little each month to allow us to continue to provide you with the latest success tools and support for your BWMA business. It’s similar to a franchise fee, but much, much more affordable.
Biweekly Mortgage Association Members agree to pay the $10.00 monthly dues per month via pre-approved automatic checking account debit or automatic entries via credit card debited the first of each month. This amount is in addition to your Home Based Computer Network monthly payment if you finance your Business System Module.
